Terms of Service

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using the OsintCTI platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. OsintCTI reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including accounts associated with sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions under applicable export-control and sanctions laws.

OsintCTI provides a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) platform that aggregates, analyzes, and distributes publicly available information, threat indicators, breach data, and derived analytics ("Intelligence Data"). All Intelligence Data is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for informational and defensive security purposes only. OsintCTI makes no representation or warranty that Intelligence Data is complete, accurate, timely, or free from errors. You are solely responsible for verifying, validating, and acting upon any Intelligence Data. OsintCTI does not guarantee that the use of the Service will prevent any security incident, breach, or loss.

You agree to use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not, directly or indirectly: (a) use the Service to conduct or facilitate unauthorized access to any system, network, or data; (b) use Intelligence Data to harass, stalk, dox, blackmail, defame, or harm any person; (c) violate any applicable law or third-party right, including privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and export-control laws; (d) use the Service to develop, deploy, or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code; (e) target critical infrastructure, minors, protected classes, journalists, human-rights defenders, or dissidents; (f) resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Intelligence Data without an express written agreement; (g) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract the underlying source code, datasets, or proprietary algorithms of the Service; (h) circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures; (i) impersonate any person or entity. Violation of this section is a material breach and may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of fees paid, and referral to law-enforcement authorities.

Access to paid features of the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. OsintCTI reserves the right to change pricing with at least thirty (30) days' notice for existing subscribers. Failure to pay any amount when due may result in suspension or termination of the Service and collection of unpaid amounts, including reasonable attorneys' fees and collection costs. Trial accounts may be revoked at any time without notice.

The Service, including all software, interfaces, designs, proprietary datasets, analytics, dashboards, reports, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of OsintCTI and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, OsintCTI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business operations. No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by OsintCTI without any obligation or compensation to you.

OsintCTI processes Intelligence Data, which may include personal data sourced from publicly available channels, leaked credential repositories, dark-web forums, and other open sources. Processing is conducted on the lawful basis of legitimate interest in supporting cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and the protection of network and information security, in accordance with applicable data-protection laws (including the GDPR where relevant). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Intelligence Data within your own systems complies with all applicable laws, including obtaining any necessary legal basis, conducting data-protection impact assessments, and honoring data-subject rights. The Service may surface, link to, or integrate data from third-party sources, APIs, or feeds. OsintCTI does not own, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party content. Any reliance on third-party content is at your sole risk. If a third-party source is removed, altered, restricted, or becomes unavailable, OsintCTI shall have no liability for any resulting loss or disruption.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL INTELLIGENCE DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SECURITY. OSINTCTI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, DETECT EVERY THREAT, OR BE FREE FROM VULNERABILITIES, MALICIOUS CODE, OR DOWNTIME. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OSINTCTI, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR REPUTATION, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF OSINTCTI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY EVENT, OSINTCTI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO OSINTCTI DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OsintCTI, its founders, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service or Intelligence Data; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or data-protection right; (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or regulation. OsintCTI reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

OsintCTI may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) your use poses a security, legal, or reputational risk to OsintCTI or other users; (c) required by law, regulation, or a valid order from a competent authority; (d) of suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (e) for any other reason deemed reasonable by OsintCTI. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and dispute-resolution provisions) shall survive.

The Service may be subject to export-control and economic-sanctions laws of the Republic of Türkiye, the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any sanctioned jurisdiction, and that you are not listed on any restricted-party list. You shall not export, re-export, or transfer the Service or Intelligence Data in violation of such laws.

OsintCTI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, denial-of-service events, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, pandemics, or third-party provider failures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OsintCTI may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or Service integrity. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, otherwise it is permanently barred.

OsintCTI reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least fifteen (15) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, through the Service interface or by email. What constitutes a material change shall be determined at OsintCTI's sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form or written agreement executed between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and OsintCTI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without OsintCTI's prior written consent; OsintCTI may freely assign these Terms. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
